Training and practice is at Priory School on Mondays from 7 – 9pm.
7.00 – 7.30 Fitness training with Ruth.
The rest of the night alternates in a 4 week cycle.
Week 1
On the first Monday of each month we have a personal trainer who attends the club to work on different areas of fitness to build core strength and work on muscle strength, endurance and improve recovery time.
Week 2
1st team position Specific
The 1st team players coach the rest of the club on their individual positions.
Week 3
Squad training.
All 5 teams train in their own squads.
Week 4
Whole club training again
